Brand the portal

White-labeling is the point: clients should believe the software was built by your studio. PortalTable controls cover the logo, palette, domain, and the small print.

Logo and palette

Open Portal branding in the console. Upload a logo for light backgrounds and pick a single accent color — it drives buttons, active states, and status highlights across the portal. PortalTable keeps the rest neutral so your accent does the talking.

Logo
SVG or PNG, shown top-left in the portal and on the sign-in screen.
Accent color
One brand color. Used sparingly — primary actions and key data marks only.
Favicon
The browser-tab mark, so even the bookmark looks like yours.
One loud color beats five
Portals read as premium when 95% of the UI is neutral and the accent is rationed. Resist theming every surface — let the work be the hero.

Custom domain

Serve the portal from your own subdomain so the address bar matches your brand too.

  1. 1
    Add your domain
Enter something like clients.youragency.com under Portal branding → Domain.
  2. 2
    Create the DNS record
Add the CNAME PortalTable shows you at your DNS provider. Propagation usually takes a few minutes.
  3. 3
    Wait for the certificate
PortalTable issues an HTTPS certificate automatically once DNS resolves. The status flips to a green Verified dot.

The PortalTable badge

Free portals carry a small Made with PortalTable badge in the corner. Removing it is included on Starter and above — toggle it off under Portal branding once you've upgraded.

Branding is set per portal, so yes — each client can carry their own logo and accent if you run sub-brands, or share one set of studio branding across all of them.

No. On paid plans the magic-link sign-in page carries only your logo and domain. Clients never see a PortalTable mark.
