Billing & plans

PortalTable is priced per studio, not per seat. Add as many client users as you like — they're always free. You pay for portals and capabilities, never for the people who log in.

The plans

Free
1 portal, unlimited client users, core blocks and approvals. Carries the PortalTable badge.
Starter · $49/mo
5 portals, custom domain, badge removed, invoices and file uploads.
Studio · $129/mo
Unlimited portals, full white-label, team seats and roles, audit logs, priority support.
Clients are always free
No plan charges per client user. A portal with 2 contacts and a portal with 200 cost the same. You're billed for portals and features — the seat math agencies dread doesn't exist here.

Team seats

Seats are for your team — the people who use the console. The console sidebar shows your usage (for example, 2 of 5 seats used). Client contacts never count against seats. Studio adds roles so you can separate delivery from billing access.

Upgrading and the badge

Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Moving to Starter or Studio immediately unlocks custom domains and lets you remove the Made with PortalTable badge under Portal branding. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period so nothing breaks mid-cycle.

  1. 1
    Open Settings → Billing
See your current plan, seat usage, and portal count in one place.
  2. 2
    Pick a plan
Choose Starter or Studio. Early-access agencies keep launch pricing locked for the first year.
  3. 3
    Remove the badge
Under Portal branding, toggle the PortalTable badge off — now available on your plan.

One client account with a published portal. Drafts don't count until you flip them Live, so you can build ahead without using a slot.

Invoicing and file uploads are included from Starter up. You connect your own payment processor, and its standard transaction fees apply — PortalTable doesn't take a cut.

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period so live portals keep their features until then.
