1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PortalTable (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PortalTable lets agencies create branded client portals where their clients can view project status, approvals, invoices, and files. You are responsible for the content and client data you put into the Service and for obtaining any consents required to share it with your clients.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security or access other tenants’ data, or interfering with the Service’s operation.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination you may export your data where the Service provides that capability.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
